Hello Tray Cafe, We Meet Again

Some of my friends swear by Tray Cafe, and they made it a point of visiting this cafe every now and then.

 

 

Their food is really good, and they are also popular for their selection of cakes. Most importantly, it is vegetarian-friendly, and always have something interesting for vegetarians.

My last visit was a long 1.5 years ago, with ZE, my elder niece. We had a great meal then, and walked away with a wonderful dining experience.

And I have always wanted to bring ZH, my younger niece here.

Today I had the chance to visit Tray Cafe again, with both my nieces. And also Rika, ZE’s hand-sewn bunny soft toy. The girls made good company, as they are great conversationalists. And Rika made a good photo prop, agree?

 

 

 

The girls enjoyed their vegetarian meal: Lebanese pizza: grilled vege, sumac and hummus manakish (RM 19), and sweet potato brie spinach quiche (RM 16).

 

 

Non-vegetarian me ordered roast beef sandwich: roast beef, basil pesto & caramelised onion, toasted multigrain (RM 22).

Lucky me, for the lunch was on ZE. Thanks for the lunch treat, ZE!

 

Update Feb 2017:

It has been a while since I last visit this cafe. Today, we had their Open Salmon Sandwich (RM 21 + 6% gst) and Bread & Dips (RM 18 + 6% gst).
