Pan Heong Restaurant, An Old-Time Favorite
Pan Heong Restaurant is one of my old-time favorites, but queue is always long during weekends. So, it makes a perfect weekday brunch venue, with my younger brother who was on half day leave.
They are popular for their porridge, Kao Yoke Mee Hoon (vermicelli with stewed pork), Sang Har Wat Dan Hor (freshwater prawn noodles) and also Nam Yu (fermented bean curd) Pork.

Since I was dining with a vegan, we ordered their fish with century egg porridge (RM 9) and mee mamak goreng (RM 8), for sharing.

Thanks to adorable sai mai lo for lunch treat, pictured here dashing across the street, seeing that I was about to take photo of the restaurant. Adorable, right?!
