Where To Buy Thai Snacks For Souvenirs

Thai Fruit shop (ไทยฟรทat MBK Center (Ma Boon Khrong Center) is my usual haunt for Thai snacks. As MBK is one of the most visited tourist spots, and this shop enjoys brisk business, I am assured that the products are fresh due to high turnover.

The shop offer a wide variety of products: Tao Kae Noi seaweed, Koh Kae peanuts, Lemongrass tea leaves,  Original Thai Tea from Number One Brand, Chinese dried food stuffs like dried prawns, dried longans, dried mangoes, dried tamarinds, assorted dried squids, fish crackers, rice crackers, pork floss, durian chips, etc, etc.

This is a fixed price shop; no further discount.

Not Your Typical Tourist

Travel opens up a whole new world, which is cliche but true. I am a strong advocate for independent and solo travel. I was born and raised in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia but now live in Bangkok, Thailand, resulted from a chance encounter in 2009 with my why-are-you-Thai bf. I am now split between two countries. One country for my bf, another for the family, for the occasional weekend together.
