This year, Thai Mother’s Day will be celebrated on Sunday, August 9, 2015. Her Majesty, Queen Sirikit of Thailand was born on August 12th, 1932. Thai Mother’s Day is a celebration of the Queen’s birthday, the Mother of all Thai people, as well as to honor Thai mothers. And the good news is that it is observed as a public holiday!

For me, I shall bask in today as a “Media-Mother’s Day” celebaration, since some of my media-kids tend to wish me on this day! Advertising industry is fast-paced and more often than not, we see our colleagues more than we see our family. Creating a cohesive environment is something that I strive to achieve in my position as a team lead.

So, I cooked myself a pan mee today to celebrate ME-day!

For those celebrating, Happy Mother’s Day!
